Therapist

Conduct intake interviews and assess client and families; Prepare goal-oriented diagnostic assessments, service plans and progress reports; Conduct or co-lead client group for special topic areas; Provide outreach family therapy; Provide case consultations and/or one-to-one counseling for difficult clients and/or crisis intervention; Maintain therapeutic services within CI, Inc. and funding source guidelines; Maintain current professional licensure for therapeutic counseling services; Attend training, workshops and meetings upon request.

Master's degree in social work, counseling or other mental health field, or clinical or counseling psychologist. Must obtain state licensure within 1 year of hire date. One year experience that focused on community-based programs and/or direct practical experience with children and family therapy.


Family Support Specialist (Case Manager)

Serve as a positive role model; Participate in client intake and assessment interviews; Maintain client files and develop goal-oriented service plans; Provide intensive supervision in communities and maintain appropriate documentation; Establish helping relationships with clients and families.

Bachelor's degree in a social service or related field, with two (2) years experience working with adults, juveniles, troubled adolescents or youth services; may include part-time, volunteer or internship experience. A high school diploma with five (5) years working in social services; may include part-time volunteer or internship experience.

Behavioral Health Techs I and II

High School diploma with 5 years experience working in social service; may include part-time, volunteer, or internship experience. A Bachelor's Degree in a social service or related field may substitute for experience.

Case Manager (Medication Monitoring)

Be responsible for providing medication monitoring, support and training to SMI adults; Develop and implement individual treatment plans; Teach life skills and develop support system for consumer; On-going consultation with Magellan clinical liaison; Write detail progress notes assimilating treatment objectives.

The ideal candidate must have flexible schedule (weekends and evenings are required.) Vehicle required, valid driver license and current automobile insurance. Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience working with SMI population.


Behavior Support Specialist

Work in a collaborative strength based, family centered team environment. Position designs, develops and implements the behavioral management plan with the child/family and behavior coach. Assist with the coordination of case management services, and communicating of community resources and benefits. This position is responsible for overseeing the services to the child and family and teaching the Behavior Coach behavior management skills.

Master’s Degree in social work, sociology or related field or Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of behavioral health or social services experience.

Behavior Coach

Work in a collaborative strength based, family centered team environment. Assist with the coordination of case management services, and communicating of community resources and benefits. Provide parenting skills, child development and home management skills. Perform procedures to support clinical operations and staff including problem resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health field. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in the Behavioral Health field with working knowledge of current community health programs.
