O u r M i s s i o n
“CI, Inc. (Creative Innovations), was established in 1997 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services as a Title XIX and XXI Certified Outpatient Clinic.
CI, Inc. emphasizes knowledge, attitudes and policies that encourage staff to work effectively with diverse populations. Our Therapists are licensed at a Masters level, having quality experience in providing developmentally appropriate and culturally competent services."
